What you can contact us about
- Calculation errors: if a calculator produces an incorrect result, let us know the inputs you used and the expected output.
- Outdated rates or thresholds: tax brackets, HECS thresholds, stamp duty schedules, and super rules change regularly. If you spot a stale figure, we will update it.
- New calculator suggestions: if there is an Australian financial calculation you need that is not covered, we are happy to hear about it.

Response time
We aim to respond within a few business days. Calculation errors and outdated rates are prioritised.
